The
bidder shall warrant the walk-in cooler, freezer, or combination walk-in
cooler/freezer for a period of one year from the date of installation against
defective material, workmanship, and shall agree to replace without cost any
defects that may develop in material or workmanship during the warranty period;
F.O.B., the Company’s manufacturing plant. This does not include service labor,
but is limited to defective parts and materials.
